Your responsibilities
- Coaching, mentoring and building a growing mortgage team
- Regional contact person:In all matters relating to mortgagefinancing
- Building and maintaining your private client, broker and partner networks
- Analysis and implementation of optimal financing solutions for your customers
- Sharing responsibility for the further development and growth of the “House of Mortgage” business area
Your strengths
- Enthusiastic and confrontational personality with clear communication and excellent intercultural skills
- Degree or professional training in economics, finance or related discipline
- Several years of consulting and acquisition experience in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, mortgages).
- Initiative, service- and goal-oriented approach to work
- Pleasure in personal and entrepreneurial development
- Very good oral and written German skills, other language skills would be an advantage
